To the fullest extent recognized by the laws of the state where the wheel was purchased, JTX Forged Wheels provides this limited warranty. This warranty is provided to only the original purchaser of JTX Forged wheels. This warranty is non-transferable and proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims. This warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of JTX Forged wheels at the discretion of JTX Forged.

THIS WARRANTY IS IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER EXPRESSED WARRANTIES. ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY, INCLUDING THE WARRANT OF MERCHANT LIABILITY AND THE WARRANT OF FITNESS OF A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, IS LIMITED TO THE DURATION OF THIS WARRANTY.

JTX Forged makes no other warranty beyond that contained in this document. Except for those warranties that are implied by law that cannot be legally disclaimed, any other warranty is here by expressly disclaimed. No other representation, by any person associated with JTX Forged will be binding upon the company.

Custom wheel finishes are warranted to the original purchaser for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase, assuming wheels were driven in accordance to normal driving conditions with the exception of translucent powder coat colors, which have NO warranty. Off-road use voids the warranty on custom finishes.

To maintain your JTX Forged wheels’ finish, please follow these guidelines:

1. Use only mild soap and water with a soft, non-abrasive cloth rag to clean the wheels of dirt and debris. Do not use any chemical-based or harsh cleaners.

2. Refrain from cleaning the wheels when they are still warm from operation of the vehicle.

3. Polished wheels should be cleaned and polished regularly to retain their shine. Certain products could stain or cloud polished products.

As a condition of this limited warranty, JTX Forged wheels must be properly installed by an authorized retailer on the vehicle for which the wheels were intended. Additionally, the tires mounted on the wheels must be proper for the vehicle. JTX Forged does not sell, service or warranty tires.

IMPORTANT NOTICE:

All warranty returns that are reviewed by JTX Forged Wheels warranty return department and found not to be subject to warranty coverage, will be returned to the sender, without repair or replacement, at the sender’s expense.

This is a limited warranty. Therefore, no warranties or representations, expressed or implied, are made. JTX Forged Wheels neither assumes or authorizes any dealer, representative or other person or entity to assume for it any obligation or liability in connection with JTX Forged Wheels products uses or applications.

JTX Forged Wheels further reserves the right to make changes or improvements in design, materials or specifications or make product changes without incurring any obligation to replace, change or improve products manufactured prior to redesign.
