2024 F450 Limited on 26″ JTX Forged D-200 Dually Wheels from BMS Offroad

A SEMA-Built F-450 by BMS Offroad

Originally built for SEMA 2024, this 2024 Ford F-450 Limited from Brian’s Motorsports / BMS Offroad in Hendersonville, Tennessee takes the traditional dually formula in a completely different direction.

Rather than simply lifting the truck and adding wheels, BMS transformed the F-450 with a custom flatbed, custom front bumper, suspension upgrades, and a 26-inch forged dually setup that gives the truck an unmistakable one-off look.

At the center of the build is a set of 26-inch JTX Forged D-200 Dually wheels in a polished finish, wrapped in 37-inch AMP tires. Against the truck’s black exterior, the polished forged wheels create a sharp contrast and put even more emphasis on the F-450’s width and scale.

It’s big, highly customized and unmistakably built for SEMA — but the individual pieces work together rather than competing for attention.

Built Beyond the Wheel and Tire Package

What separates this F-450 from a typical dually build is the amount of fabrication surrounding the wheel and tire setup.

The custom flatbed completely changes the profile of the truck, exposing more of the rear wheel package and putting additional emphasis on the dual-rear-wheel stance. Up front, the custom bumper adds another layer of fabrication while matching the scale of the rest of the build.

The 37-inch AMP tires provide enough sidewall to balance the 26-inch wheels, while the polished D-200s bring a bright, machined element to an otherwise predominantly black truck.

The D-200 Dually Wheel

The JTX Forged D-200 is especially well suited to a build like this because the design carries across the entire dually package while still allowing the depth of the rear wheels to become part of the truck’s overall look.

The polished finish highlights the machining and depth of the forged wheel, and on this F-450, the combination of the D-200s and custom flatbed makes the rear setup impossible to miss.

It’s a very different interpretation of an F-450 Limited — and exactly the kind of build the SEMA floor was made for.

Built by BMS Offroad

Based in Hendersonville, Tennessee, Brian’s Motorsports / BMS Offroad has built a reputation around heavily customized trucks, from suspension and wheel packages to complete show builds.

For this F-450, BMS went well beyond bolt-on modifications, creating a truck specifically for SEMA 2024 that showcases fabrication, suspension, and forged dually fitment in one complete package.

Final Take

Custom fabricated.
SEMA built.
Unmistakably dually.

The custom flatbed may completely change the silhouette, but those polished 26-inch JTX Forged D-200s are what finish the truck.
